FAQ's

  • How do I take care of my jewelry?
    1. Avoid perfume and sanitizer. 2. When not worn, store in its original Tweleh pouch to protect from friction and dirt. 3. Regularly clean with a soft microfiber cloth. For more jewelry care info -> Does the jewelry turn green? The materials used in Tweleh jewelry consists of stainless steel or sterling silver which will never turn your skin green.
  • How do I reset my password?
    To reset your password, click Forgot your Password option- enter your registered email address and click on Send OTP. The OTP will be sent as SMS and Email. Enter the OTP and create a new password (minimum 6 characters and at least 1 number). Your new password will then be used to log-in.
  • How do I change the details of my account?
    To change the settings of your account, go to account settings and choose whatever you want to change.
  • Why can't I sign into my account?
    If you are unable to sign into your account simply reset the password to try to login with OTP. If you are using the registered email address, try resetting the password. Click on Forgot your Password option- enter your registered email address and click on Send OTP. The OTP will be sent as SMS and Email. Enter the OTP and create a new password (minimum 6 characters and at least 1 number). Congratulations, you will be successfully logged in and your password will be changed.
  • What is your return policy?
    We do not accept returns on orders. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange it for you. For more information, please read our Return/Refund Policy
  • Can I exchange an item?
    Yes, if it falls under the category of exchangeable items, you can exchange it. You will need to email us at tweleh12@gmail.com with your order number and our customer care team will assist you.
  • Do I have the right to cancel?
    Yes, you may cancel an order if it hasn’t been shipped or dispatched.
  • How long after a delivery can I make an exchange?
    The period for raising an exchange request is within 24hrs of receiving the order.
  • When will the order be picked for return?
    We usually send someone to pick your order within 1-2 business days from the day we accept your request for return.
  • What is the status of my refund?

  • Where can I track my order?
    To track your order go to "My Account", then click on your order number. Tracking details will be displayed in the order link. You should also have received an email and whatsapp message with updates on your tracking information.
  • Where in the world do you ship?
    Currently, we deliver PAN India.
  • When can I expect my delivery?
    Usually it takes 5-7 days for us to deliver your orders. If your order has not reached you post the delivery window, you may contact our customer care at tweleh12@gmail.com
  • Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?
    Yes, it is possible to change your contact details only if the order hasn’t been shipped. To do the same, contact us at tweleh12@gmail.com
  • What to do if the package that I have received is damaged?
    We usually run a quality check in advance but in case you have faced any issue, we would love to solve it for you. The first step is to contact the customer care at tweleh12@gmail.com and inform them about the same. They will guide you ahead.
  • Can I change my order?
    Unfortunately, you can not change your order. You would be required to cancel the order and place a new one.
  • Is my payment information safe?
    Absolutely, we ensure a safe shopping experience. All the contact and shipping details that you share with us are confidential and extremely safe.
  • What if I ordered something and some other product arrived?
    This normally doesn’t happen because we run a quality check before sending anything to you. If it has happened to you we will replace the items and send you what you had ordered. You just have to request a replacement or return by contacting us on tweleh12@gmail.com
